How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are made to order, and despatched within 3 WORKING days.

I do aim to turnaround all orders as quickly as possible, and often will have your order despatched quicker than my 3 days limit, but please note that during busy periods (such as in December), or during School Holidays, I will be working to the full 3 day turnaround.

 

What is your return policy?

Cotton & Bloom gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

  • contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
  • request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Personalised, Custom orders or items on sale cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

How will your order be posted?

UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class.

International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Post. If you would like your package to be tracked, please upgrade at checkout.
