When will I get my order?

Turnaround Time

All orders are made to order, and despatched within 4 WORKING days.

I do aim to turnaround all orders as quickly as possible, and often will have your order despatched quicker than my 4 days limit, but please note that during busy periods (such as in December), or during School Holidays, I will be working to the full 3 day turnaround.

In a hurry and can't wait 4 days? Take a look at the Ready to Ship collection. These tops will be shipped NEXT WORKING DAY, )and possibly even same day, if timing allows). Please note these tops CANNOT be personalised.

Shipping 

UK Standard.

  • FREE shipping as standard is via Royal Mail 1st Class
  •  or £6.00 to Upgrade to Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next working day. Please   still allow the 3 day production time.

Europe - PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED WHILST I AM ABLE TO GET SUBSTANTIAL ADVICE ON THE NEW BREXIT REGULATIONS - I HOPE TO RESUME VERY SOON!

  • From £4.30: Shipping to European addresses is via Royal Mail Standard International which takes 5-7 days to arrive. This is NOT tracked.
  • or From £8.00 Upgrade to International Tracked Shipping. This will also take 5-7days to arrive.

Rest of the World

  • From £6.00: Shipping to International addresses (outside of Europe) is via Royal Mail International post. This typically take 1-3weeks to arrive. Please allow for possible delays through customs
  • or From £10.50: Upgrade to International Tracked Shipping.

Customs & Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

 

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items which have been washed or worn . If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued . 

If you have ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange for a new size, providing it has only been tried on once and not washed. 

Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted on personalised or custom orders.
